Go by air-conditioned vehicle to Alamein, the site of a great battle during WW II, and visit the WW II Museum and Cemetery. Proceed to Siwa Oasis, passing by the Great Sand Sea. Rest at Bir Wahid, a hot spring in the giant sand dunes. Overnight in Siwa. |

Visit the old fortified town of Siwa, then bathe in the bubbling pool, Cleopatra's Bath. See the pharaonic tombs in the Mountain of the Dead and the Temple of Amun as well as the Oracle of Amun, which Alexander the Great consulted. Overnight in Siwa. |

Drive through the Great Sand Sea to Bahariya Oasis. Pass by Bahrein and Sitra Oases and visit the Roman Catacombs. Walk around the old village of the oasis and see the groves of palms and fruit trees. Overnight at Bahariya. |

Bathe in the Roman hot springs of Bir El-Ghaba and visit the Valley of the Golden Mummies. Trip to the beautiful White Desert passing through the Black Desert and the Valley of El Haize with its hot spring. Stop off to see the quartz crystal at Crystal Mountain and the volcanic rocks and petrified wood in the Valley of Agabat. Arrive at the White Desert, where you can see amazing rock formations, watch the sunset, and camp under the stars in this paradise of tranquility. Bedouin dinner in the desert. |
